Your business runs on files nobody can find. Your AI should run on them.

Attacca Business Brain turns your Google Drive into a structured knowledge base you own, and puts your first working AI agent on your real files in seven days.

Founding cohort: CAD $500 deposit locks a slot

Today your files sit in a pile across Drive, Notion and email. After week one they sit on five shelves, and an agent reads from them.

Numbers from our own agency clients in 2026. Roles and names withheld.

You have paid to be disappointed before.

“We have been through Excel, Jira and Slack. Now we say: let’s go back to basics.”
Operations lead, creative agency

Every tool promised order, and every one needed someone to keep it fed. The team drifted back to WhatsApp, and the owner paid for the licenses anyway.

“I am in trouble because I have no data.”
Account manager, creative agency

One person held the hours and the numbers in her head. Then she went on leave, and the reports stopped with her.

“A campaign serving 3 impressions in 31 days is not underperforming. It is not running.”
Marketing agency, Florida

Money keeps flowing to things nobody checked were running. The client notices first, and asks why.

The problem was never the AI. It is that your work has no shape a machine, or a new hire, can hold.

And you should not have to stop your business for a month to fix that.

We sat in those meetings.

We spent 2026 inside two agencies, one in Florida and one in Colombia, cleaning up exactly this: a dozen copies of the same logo, promises from client meetings that never became tasks, a 36-page brand manual made entirely of images no tool could read. We know what it feels like when the client notices first. We wrote the method down, published it as a book and open-sourced the framework. Business Brain is that work, packaged so you do not need us in the room.

Week one, step by step.

Two days to connect, three to approve, two to run. On day seven the first agent answers from your files.
  1. Connect

    Days 1–2

Read-only Google Drive access. Nothing scraped, nothing moved yet. We map what you have.

  2. Approve

    Days 3–5

You see your files sorted into Projects, Clients, Areas, Resources and Archive, and approve or re-route them in batches. Nothing is written until you say so.

  3. Run

    Days 6–7

Your Supabase project (Canadian region) and private GitHub repo are live and seeded, and your first agent workflow answers from your own files. That is the acceptance test.

What lands in your hands

Structured Drive

Your files sorted into Projects, Clients, Areas, Resources and Archive, with names that say what they are.

clients/northwind/2026-09-brief.md

Supabase project you own

Tables for projects, people, clients, tasks, decisions and documents, in a Canadian region, under your account.

GitHub repo you own

Text-based memory, versioned, that any agent can read and edit.

Task ledger and receipts

Humans and agents share one state, and every action leaves a receipt.

Agent handoff kit

How to point Claude Code, Codex or ChatGPT at your repo and database on day one.

One live workflow by day seven

An agent answering from your own files, on accounts that stay yours. That is the acceptance test, not the migration.

You hold the keys: your Drive feeds a Supabase project in Canada and a GitHub repo, both in your name, and any agent you already pay for reads from them.

We do not count firing anyone. We count hours per deliverable and promises kept.

One dropped follow-up cost one agency a client review it had to redo from the client’s notes.

One agency shrank from 32 designers to 18 after a single lost account.

Or you can buy the fifth tool.

The team goes back to WhatsApp.

The one person who knew leaves.

The client notices before you do.

Business Brain is the last setup, because you own it and it is built for the agents you already pay for.

Choose how you want it done.

Do it with the kit

CAD $2,500 one-time

The installer, the schema, the handoff kit, and email support for 30 days.

Done for you, kept running

CAD $2,500 setup + CAD $350/month

We run the setup with you, then keep sync, schema and agents current as your work changes. Cancel any time; the brain stays yours.

10 founding slots. CAD $500 deposit, credited to setup. Retainer price locked for life. Refunded in full if we do not ship within 90 days.

Day-7 promise: if your first agent workflow is not running on your files by day seven, we keep working at no charge until it is.

From the rooms we work in.

Discovery sessions with agencies in Florida and Colombia, 2026. Names withheld at their request.

“I am in trouble because I have no data.”
Account manager, creative agency, Colombia
“If I step out of the operation for a month to feed the AI, fine. But if I ask every lead to do it, we get what happened with Slack: nobody used it.”
Production lead, creative agency, Colombia
“We do not need AI tools. We need a diagnosis. We do not know where the pain comes from.”
Partner, creative agency, Colombia

Founding-cohort results are published here as they land.

What owners ask before reserving.

Who owns the data?

You do. The Supabase project and the GitHub repository are created under your accounts. We work inside them with access you grant and can revoke at any time.

Why is it hosted in Canada?

PIPEDA, and Quebec’s Law 25 if you serve clients there, expect you to know where personal and client data lives and who controls it. Your Supabase project is created in a Canadian region from day one, in your name.

Why not just Notion or a Drive search tool?

A search tool finds files; it does not give them a shape. Notion is a window onto a database you do not own, behind a rate-limited API. Agents work natively with Postgres and git, so that is what you get, in your own accounts.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The done-for-you path needs no code at all, and the kit walks you through each step without writing any. Approving how your files are sorted happens in plain batches.

Can my team use it?

Yes. The repository and the database are shared state, so every person and every agent on your team reads and writes the same source of truth. You decide who has access.

What if we already use ClickUp or HubSpot?

Keep them. Business Brain does not replace your task or sales tool. It holds the context those tools do not, so your agents can work with both.

What does “one live agent workflow” mean exactly?

One recurring job, chosen with you in week one, that an agent runs on your own files and that you can check. For example: turning a meeting transcript into tasks with owners, or answering a client question from the right brief. It is the acceptance test for the setup.

What happens if I cancel the retainer?

Everything keeps working, because the database, the repository and the operating protocol live in your accounts. Cancelling stops our upkeep, not your system.

Seven days from now, ask your AI a question about your own business and get the right answer.

Deposit refundable if we do not ship within 90 days. Prices in CAD. Taxes extra where applicable.
