Where and when we work
We work remotely with clients across Canada. In-person sessions in Metro Vancouver are available by arrangement. We keep Pacific time, and replies arrive within two business days.
Questions about data handling, accounts or procurement use the same address. Our security and data page and privacy policy may answer them first.
What to include in your first email
- Your company name, what it does and roughly how many people work there.
- The workflow or decision you want help with, in a sentence or two.
- Which service you are asking about, if you already know: the assessment, Navigator or Business Brain.
- Any timing, procurement or data-handling requirements we should know before replying.
Please do not send passwords, access keys or client files by email. If we work together, access is granted inside your own accounts, and you can revoke it at any time.
