Privacy policy
What attacca.ai collects, who handles it for us, how long we keep it and how to ask for it back or deleted.

Who is responsible for this site?
attacca.ai is operated by Unify Orchestration AI Inc., a British Columbia company based in Vancouver, under the Attacca brand. Lina Duque, founder and General Manager, is responsible for privacy questions. Write to Lmduque@unify-ms.com.
What do we collect?
Only what you give us, through three routes:
- The readiness assessment. Your name, email, company details and answers, entered in a form run by LeadConnector and embedded on the assessment page.
- Enquiry email. Whatever you write to us, and your email address.
- Deposit checkout. Stripe collects your name, email, billing address and card details. We receive the payment record and your contact details, never your full card number.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard request logs, and the newsletter sign-up on the home page is handled by Substack.
What do we not collect?
This site runs no analytics and no advertising pixels, and it sets no cookies of its own. The embedded services it loads (the assessment form, the Substack sign-up, Stripe’s checkout and Google Fonts) receive your IP address when they load and may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Who processes it?
These providers handle personal information for us. Some store or process it outside Canada, including in the United States, under their own terms.

Why do we use it?
To send your assessment report and follow up if the results suggest we can help. To answer your email. To take your deposit and, if it comes to that, refund it. To deliver the work you hire us for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long do we keep it?
- Enquiry emails are kept as business correspondence.
- Assessment submissions are kept to deliver your report and follow up.
- Deposit records are kept for as long as Canadian tax law requires.
- Business Brain client data lives in the client’s own accounts, and the client deletes it there.
What can you ask us to do?
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. You can also withdraw consent to follow-up at any time. Email Lmduque@unify-ms.com and say what you would like us to do.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
